Headquartered in Beijing, the company has 34 provincial branches, 18 1 central branch and 1033 marketing service departments. At present, Central Huijin Company controls Xinhua Life Insurance, and Xinhua Life Insurance is nationalized. Nearly two years after the National Insurance Guarantee Fund invested 2.7 billion yuan to acquire the 38.8 15% equity of Xinhua Life Insurance, central huijin Investment Co., Ltd. finally got the approval from the State Council. Once the equity transaction is completed, Xinhua Life Insurance will change from private holding to state-controlled insurance company.
