1. Using Unicom's 4G package or package has enabled the 4G network function;
2. The mobile phone supports Unicom's 4G network;
3. The location covers Unicom's 4G network.
If the mobile phone package is a 4G package but cannot use the 4G network, it is not excluded that the mobile phone does not support the Unicom 4G network or the local uncovered Unicom 4G network. When Unicom's 4G network is unavailable, Unicom's 2G and 3G networks will be used by default. Cell phone signal is poor because the signal will be affected by various factors such as topography, landforms and tall buildings. If your location is relatively closed, the signal will be affected. You can restart your mobile phone, or change your mobile phone card to that of your family and friends and try again to see if the signals of other Unicom users around you are normal. If your signal problem has not been solved, please contact the customer service in your hometown for consultation.
