Since the promulgation of the Food Safety Law, we have done several things to ensure people's food safety. The first is to establish and improve the daily supervision system. We believe that food safety is a daily work, from market access to daily supervision and inspection, supervision and spot check, and supervision of important periods and products. For example, supervision and inspection, according to their different scales and management capabilities, we divide production enterprises into ABC, and different enterprises have different inspection frequencies. We establish supervision and spot checks on products, because products must be tested, and we establish regular sampling inspections on different products. We sample more than10,000 products every year, such as dairy products. We have established a weekly spot check system.
