Finally, the ideas and suggestions for the next step are put forward.

Keywords: geological data clustering industrialization in Xinjiang

1 overview

Geological data is the main embodiment of the achievements of geological work, the main carrier of geological work serving the society, an important part of archival resources [1], and an important basic information resource for the investigation, planning, management, protection and rational utilization of land resources and the construction of major national projects.

In order to implement the spirit of the Notice of the Ministry of Land and Resources on Printing and Distributing the Work Plan for Promoting the Cluster Industrialization of Geological Information Services (Guo Tu Zi Fa [2065 438+00] 165 438+03), and in accordance with the policy of "unified leadership, unified deployment, unified standards and * * * sharing of resources", Xinjiang geological information management and service system was established. Provide favorable support for the integration of mineral rights, comprehensive exploration and implementation of land protection projects in Xinjiang; Accelerate the cluster industrialization of geological data information service in Xinjiang; Provide favorable support for the government (national and local), mining enterprises, the public and scientific research.

2. Progress in clustering industrialization of geological data information services

2. 1 Collection Foundation

Since the founding of New China 60 years ago, Xinjiang Geological Archives has received a lot of geological data before and after the founding of New China. At present, it has more than 9700 kinds of geological data, including geological, mineral and scientific research data. The amount of data is huge and there are many kinds of data. At present, geological data information is scattered and many business systems are fragmented. There is a shortage of talents in data development and utilization, unbalanced technical force and insufficient necessary hardware environment.

Since 2002, our library has carried out the digitization of geological data. By June of 20 1 1 year, there were 8 168 kinds of geological data. Most of these data are stored in the form of files, which have not been effectively sorted out and constructed. Data retrieval is cumbersome and inefficient, so it is impossible to use them. The present situation of geological data management and preservation seriously restricts the development and utilization of data.

2.2 Database construction

On the basis of strengthening the accumulation of geological data information resources, a complete geological database system of our library is established. At present, the basic databases developed by our library include file-level catalog database, file-level catalog database, classified geological data cleaning database, Xinjiang geological work degree database and so on. In the future, it is necessary to further develop the construction of geological data resources with important utilization value, such as regional geology, basic geology and geological data, integrate all kinds of geological information resources, form a provincial geological database system covering various professional fields horizontally and across multiple scales vertically, and realize the integrated management, update and maintenance of geological databases in our province under unified standards. At the same time, according to the needs of different users, we will develop thematic databases to provide data support for the "one map" core database of land and resources, geological data information cluster and geological information socialization service.

2.2. 1 data infrastructure

(1) On the basis of finding out the family background and sorting out the data, carry out the work of collecting and expediting the geological data in Xinjiang; Find out and summarize the results of geological data distributed in all units in Xinjiang, establish 9700 file-level directory databases of geological data in Xinjiang, and provide users with electronic query services; Established 17500 file-level catalog databases, forming an authoritative and open geological data catalog in Xinjiang. Especially in recent years, Xinjiang has carried out resource potential evaluation, reserve utilization survey, mining administration database construction and regional geological survey in seven important mining areas, such as1:500,000,1:250,000 and1:50,000, which provides an important basis for finding out the family background, leading decision-making and serving the public, and lays a good technical foundation for cluster industrialization service.

(2) In 2008, the integrated research on the development, utilization and service of geological data in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was carried out, and the road of secondary development and utilization of geological data in Xinjiang was preliminarily explored. Completed the Catalogue Retrieval Atlas of Public Welfare and Basic Geological Survey Results in West Kunlun Area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the Information Retrieval Atlas of Major Metal Mineral Exploration Results in West Kunlun Area of Xinjiang, which provided methods and technical guidance for future work.

(3) Starting from 2065438+00, the database of working qualifications in Xinjiang was established, and the database of working qualifications in Xinjiang was updated and maintained to 9500. The purpose of establishing Xinjiang work degree database is to comprehensively and systematically summarize, establish and display the geological work carried out in our region since the founding of New China through computer database technology and information sharing technology, so as to help all sectors of society conveniently understand and master the existing geological work degree information, make the planning and deployment of geological work more scientific, and avoid duplication and waste of work input. This work will provide information services for other state institutions, institutions engaged in basic, public welfare and strategic geological work at home and abroad, as well as enterprises and individuals interested in investing in geological exploration, so that they can query and obtain the required information on the degree of geological work in our region through the Internet or electronic CD-ROM. At present, the library is still under construction and there is no external service.

2.2.2 According to the needs of society, a special information database is established.

The overall deployment of Project 358 is based on the general exploration layout of "attacking Tianshan Mountain, going deep into Altai Mountain and opening up Kunlun-Altun Mountain". Combined with the development of the 358 Project, the geological data information of the metallogenic belt in this region was comprehensively collected, sorted out and analyzed, and the information of geological survey, mineral exploration, geophysical and geochemical exploration, hydraulic environment and geological research in the Xinjiang geological work degree database was collected, and the basic information of the 358 key metallogenic belt was extracted, forming a special data set supporting the 358 Project. Compile relevant retrieval atlas and description, and provide countermeasures and suggestions. Carry out comprehensive development and utilization of thematic geological data, carry out demand investigation for special projects, find more important clues and ore occurrences for the next step, and provide strong technical support for mineral investigation and evaluation in Xinjiang.

2.3 System Platform Construction

In the early days, the way of sharing geological data in Xinjiang was mostly file. The standards for establishing geological data information in all walks of life are inconsistent, and the industry has a strong sense of protection. Different data formats and codes make different application software platforms. The phenomenon of repeated construction is serious, and there are many problems in system maintenance and data update, which leads to the untimely data update and the system can not operate normally. With the improvement of clustering degree of geological data information in our region, it is urgent to integrate and share the same platform to solve the rapid retrieval of massive heterogeneous spatial geological data information.

The "three-dimensional geological data query system" developed by our center can view the topography and geological data collection in the real three-dimensional scene, build an open platform for data integration service and analysis application of geological data management, realize the query and retrieval of geological data attributes and spatial information, and browse the electronic results of graphics and texts, so as to realize the enjoyment of geological data and provide technical support for geological prospecting.

2.4 Service progress

In order to implement the spirit of Several Provisions on Strengthening Social Service of Geological Data (Guo Tu Zi Fa [2005] No.215) and Notice on Establishing and Perfecting Geological Data Network Service System (Guo Tu Zi Fa [2006] No.98), in recent years, Xinjiang Geological Archives has intensified the construction and service utilization of geological data network.

The website of geological archives is established, including geological data management and service, geological data directory query, etc. , which contains management information such as laws and regulations, policy documents, technical standards, procedures, borrowing and utilization methods, information exchange and data management trends, so as to guide geological data users to effectively and economically query and utilize geological data. Update the geological data catalog database in time. According to statistics, the website has tens of thousands of hits every year. We will further establish an electronic reading room and a geological data center to share geological data information and provide various data and analysis results in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

There is a clean and bright paper reading room in the library, and there are two kinds of directory query and retrieval tools, card directory and computer directory retrieval system, which can meet the needs of different borrowers. If the customer has difficulty in query and retrieval, the staff of our library's lending service post will provide customers with directory query and retrieval assistance according to their needs. In addition to basic lending services, our library also provides customers with graphic scanning and graphic copying services.

3. Assumptions and suggestions on clustering industrialization of geological data information service in Xinjiang.

3. 1 idea of industrialization of geological data cluster

The geological data of Xinjiang were investigated and sorted out comprehensively, and a systematic catalogue of geological data of Xinjiang was formed. Carry out special services for key geological projects such as 358, collect and integrate geological data information, compile relevant maps, delete confidential information in time and make it available to the public. Carry out research on geological data information service cluster and explore new ways of development and utilization of geological data in Xinjiang.

The task is mainly divided into two stages: the first stage is to carry out research work, find out the family background, thoroughly sort out the information of previous geological work achievements, collect relevant information of special service work, do a good job in building and updating the basic database, and carry out 358 special services; The second stage is to collect and establish various data sets according to the development planning, deployment requirements and direction of the 358 Project and local construction, conduct in-depth research on the existing working degree and data base of the three major metallogenic belts, grasp the demand for geological data in time, and explore the industrial service of geological data.

3.2 Suggestions on clustering industrialization of geological data

3.2. 1 Grasp foreign exchange and guarantee service resources.

The urging of geological data has laid a working foundation for promoting the clustering industrialization of geological data information in our region. Since the strict implementation of the Regulations on the Management of Geological Data and the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Management of Geological Data promulgated by the state, our district has taken some reasonable and legal administrative measures, which have enhanced the awareness of geological data submitters and improved the management level of geological files. The implementation of these policies, to a certain extent, has promoted the improvement of exchange awareness, but also put forward higher requirements for the professional level and service level of our library staff. Through our unremitting efforts, in recent years, the remittance rate and qualified rate of remitters have been significantly improved.

In addition, under the overall framework of the national geological data collection and supervision platform established by the Ministry of Land and Resources, the geological data collection and supervision platform in our region has been established and improved, and the achievements, objects and original geological data in our region have been collected and supervised in the whole process, so as to urge the collectors to collect geological data according to law, thus further implementing the geological data collection and management system, promoting the informationization and networking of geological data collection and management in our region, and continuously improving the management level of geological data collection and management in our region.

3.2.2 Establishment of linkage mechanism

According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Land and Resources on promoting the clustering industrialization of geological data information services, we cooperated with Xi 'an Geological Survey Center to carry out the pilot work of clustering industrialization of geological data information services in our region, explored and formed a new mechanism for the Ministry, bureau, district and province to jointly promote the clustering industrialization of geological data information services, broadened service channels and formed a clustering operation mode, which provided reference for other provinces to carry out the clustering industrialization of geological data.

3.2.3 Increase capital investment and talent team building.

(1) Increase capital investment. The integration of data provides a basic support for the clustering of geological data, and the investment of funds provides a guarantee for the clustering of geological data; Only under the full guarantee of funds can we update and improve the basic data of collection institutions in time, truly realize the clustering of geological data, promote the industrialization of geological data services, and establish a long-term mechanism of normalization among departments, bureaus, regions and provinces.

(2) Strengthen the training of professional talents. Information cluster needs highly professional knowledge and creative R&D talents, and efficient and high-quality information service also needs a large number of service personnel with certain professional knowledge, skills and sense of responsibility [2]. For collection institutions, on the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the professional level and service level of collection staff, on the other hand, it is necessary to actively introduce professionals in geological information management services to improve the overall level of collection staff. At the same time, the education authorities, universities and social training institutions should actively adjust the educational content and teaching methods according to the actual needs, and the relevant state departments should also proceed from reality to promote the professional qualification training, certification and employment guidance of geological information.
