What is the operator's job?

An operator is also called an agent or a customer service specialist. In our daily life, we have more or less contact with telephone operators, such as calling customer service and answering questionnaires.

Operator refers to the person who works in the company's call center, mainly answering customers' calls, solving related business problems, engaging in long-distance traffic, international traffic, directory assistance, wireless paging, information service, PBX and other call stations, and handling on-board business inquiries.

Professional level of the operator

Operator's occupation is divided into four levels, primary operator, that is, national vocational qualification level 5, intermediate operator, that is, national vocational qualification level 4, senior operator, that is, national vocational qualification level 3, and technician, that is, national vocational qualification level 2.

Excellent telephone operators need to pay attention to building trust with customers or leaving some concrete and deep impressions on each other, providing customers with products and services that meet their needs, and acting as consultants when customers make major decisions.
