After the IT 2.0 job is submitted, the picture in the document cannot be opened.

You can replace the format and delete the format information.

The way to replace the format is to save the damaged Word document in another format. Open the damaged document first, and then click the File/Save As menu. In the save type list, select RTF format, then click the save button and close Word. Open the RTF file you just saved, and use Save As to save the file as a Word document again. Now open this Word file, and you will find that the file has been restored. If the file cannot be recovered after being converted to rtf format, you can convert the file to plain text format again and then back to Word format. Of course, converting to txt file will lose information such as pictures.

The last symbol of the Word document records the format information of the whole document. Sometimes, by deleting this format information, files that have become garbled can be recovered. First, after opening the damaged document, click the Tools Options menu, select the Edit tab, uncheck the "Select range using smart paragraphs" check box, and then click the button. So you can repair the file. Then select all the contents except the last paragraph, and then paste and copy these contents into the new Word file.
