(1) If a single card is issued, the individual customer will go to the business acceptance outlet or the business hall of Hebei Radio and Television Network with his valid ID card.
(2) For batch card issuance, Baoding Branch of Hebei Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. will provide the copy of the customer's valid ID card, contact address, contact telephone number and other information and materials needed for opening an account, and the business processing outlets will open the card in batches for magnetic stripe accounts (as the ic account is a CPU chip that must write customer information, batch account opening is not supported for the time being).
