Supervise and inspect the formulation and implementation of the plan.
(five) responsible for the requisition, allocation and transfer of state land. Unified review, requisition and allocation of construction land, undertake the approval of construction land approved by the State Council, and be responsible for the organization, coordination, approval and implementation of the land use right transfer plan.
