Alarm filing process

The reporting process is to inform the police in the duty room of the police station that they have been violated the law, and then make a record, which will be reviewed by the police station. Criminal cases, civil disputes and public security cases that meet the filing standards shall be filed.

I. Declaration process: 1. When you arrive at the police station, go to the duty room of the police station and the police will ask you what help you need. At this time, you will tell me what you have been violated by the law. The police will make corresponding report records according to the type of your victim, such as public security, criminal and so on. 2. When making a record, make it clear what the police asked, express it clearly, and finally sign and seal it. After that, the police station will report to the sub-bureau for review, and the police station that meets the filing conditions will file a case. 3. The police station will conduct an investigation after filing the case, and pay attention to keeping the phone open so that the police can find you to cooperate with the investigation at any time and inform you of the progress of handling the case.

II. Conditions for filing a case by the Public Security Bureau: 1. Someone must report the case first (the party concerned or others). The masses shall report to the public security organ in a timely manner when they encounter illegal infringement or find criminal clues. For those who report to the police at home, under normal circumstances, the police will ask to write the report materials and make an inquiry record. Comrades at the police station will register to report the case and accept the evidence. When a criminal fact is found, it will enter the investigation procedure. If it is found that there are no criminal facts or the circumstances are minor and it is not treated as a crime, it is decided not to file a case.

Legal basis: Article 110 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Any unit or individual who discovers criminal facts or suspects has the right and obligation to report to the public security organ, the people's procuratorate or the people's court.
