Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College is located in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi with the reputation of "Greentown". It is a public full-time undergraduate vocational college organized by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and headed by the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Its predecessor was Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College established in 1942 and Xingjian College of Arts and Sciences of Guangxi University established in 2002. On May 3rd, Kloc-0, the Ministry of Education approved Xingjian College of Arts and Sciences of Guangxi University.
