Keywords: Notes on the Open Report Format of Inquiry Learning
Project planning is an important part of inquiry learning, which can provide clear and operable procedures for researchers. The project plan mainly includes the research background, purpose and significance, implementation plan and expected results. Project plans are usually presented in tabular form. When writing a project plan, we should pay attention to scientificity, feasibility and process. The formulation of project plan is a necessary condition for project research, which not only provides clear and operable procedures for researchers, but also provides reliable methods for the operation of these procedures, and is a "blueprint" for project research. Scientific research is a process in which information is widely collected, analyzed, processed and processed, and conclusions that are helpful for understanding and solving corresponding problems are drawn. Due to the limitation of teachers and students' knowledge structure and scientific literacy, the research on the subject often stays at the empirical level, ignoring the fundamental link of scientific research (real-time collection, analysis, processing and processing of information). Therefore, attaching importance to project design is of great significance to ensure the standardization of research and improve the quality of scientific research.
Contents of the project plan
The project plan includes research background, purpose and significance, division of labor among members, implementation plan, feasibility demonstration, expected results and their expression, among which the implementation plan is the main part of the project plan. The research background is to ask questions and explain why we should study this topic. The research background includes theoretical background and practical needs. It is also necessary to summarize the research status of similar topics at home and abroad: ① What are people studying and to what extent? (2) Find out what you want to learn but others haven't done yet. (3) What others have done, you think it is not enough (or defective), and put forward perfect ideas or measures. Others have done it, so you have to do another experiment to verify it.
Purpose meaning refers to what problems will be solved (or what conclusions will be drawn) through this research, and what is the significance of solving this problem (or drawing conclusions). Sometimes the research background and purpose are combined into one. The division of labor among members should refer to the responsibilities of the members of the research group in the research process. The implementation plan is the core part of the project, which mainly includes the research content, research methods and time arrangement. Research content refers to something that can be operated, generally including several levels: (1) research direction. (2) subtitle (quantity and title). (3) The contents related to the research plan, that is, through what, what purpose is achieved, etc. Should the research method clearly indicate whether it is literature research or experimental investigation? If the survey is a general survey or a spot check? If it is an experimental study, please indicate whether there are controlled experiments and repeated experiments. The implementation plan shall specify the schedule, location, tasks and objectives of each stage and the responsible person. If you go out to investigate, you should list the investigators, subjects, contents, means of transportation, investigation tools, etc. If it is an experimental study, you need to write down the experimental content, experimental location and equipment. The more specific the implementation, the easier it is to operate.
Feasibility demonstration refers to the conditions needed for research, that is, materials, experimental equipment, research funds, students' knowledge and skills and teachers' guiding ability. In addition, what work has been done, what difficulties and problems still exist, and what help schools and teachers need to provide. The expected results usually appear in the form of papers or investigation (experiment) reports. The results are expressed in words, pictures, objects, multimedia and so on.
Format of project plan.
Generally, it is presented in tabular form, but it can also be expressed in other ways (for details, please refer to Annex: Project Plan of Research Learning Project "The Influence of Pet Fever on Community Life").
3. Matters needing attention in writing the project plan.
First, we should pay attention to feasibility. The project plan should be detailed and clear, and the research methods and steps should be operable. The implementation plan should be detailed and informative, and the time schedule of each research stage should be reasonable and sufficient. In-class time is generally used for topic selection, data collection, communication and display, and investigation, experiment, material processing and thesis writing are arranged as much as possible after class; In the case of experimental research, we should consider repeating the experiment to eliminate the interference of accidental factors. The choice of research methods should be determined according to the subject content, students' cognitive level and teachers' guiding ability. Data collection and experiments should be completed in school as far as possible. Second, we should pay attention to science. The project plan should reflect the characteristics of novel conception, rigorous structure and fluent writing. The meaning and purpose of asking questions should be consistent with the expected results; All parts of the plan should not be arrogant; The information obtained and the opinions put forward should be objective and true and stand scrutiny. Third, we should pay attention to the process. The whole research process must be reflected in the project plan, such as research content, research methods, research steps (topic selection → topic opening → data collection → implementation → conclusion → exchange and display → reflection after research) and expected results.

Research background (why put forward the research topic, including the purpose and significance of the research):
In recent years, with the improvement of living standards and quality of life of family residents, more and more people keep pets in their spare time. Animals originally raised for special purposes have gradually become the objects of people's daily play and fun. Keeping pets can cultivate the feelings between people and animals, coordinate the relationship between people and animals, bring happiness, vitality and hope to people, and increase the fun of life. It can be said that there are many benefits.
With the rise of pet fever, it has also brought many negative effects to human daily life: pet wounding incidents occur from time to time, rabies mortality remains high, pets defecate everywhere, affecting the city appearance, and pets barking seriously disturbing people. How to standardize pet management has become a hot issue of concern to everyone. Therefore, under the guidance of teachers, we carried out a study on the influence of pet fever on community life, discussed the advantages and disadvantages brought by pet fever, put forward reasonable suggestions and opinions, and standardized the management of pets in cities.
Research content:
1. Understand the current situation of pet keeping in Jiaxing residential area, including the reasons why people keep pets, the related matters of keeping pets, the sports places and time of pets, and the negative effects caused by pet fever (diseases and noise pollution caused by pets, etc. ), and the public's views and opinions on pet fever.
2. Understand the management of pets by the relevant departments in Jiaxing, the regulations on keeping pets, the solutions to pet wounding incidents, the vaccination situation of Shanghai Stock Exchange and pets, and the prevention and treatment of pet diseases.
3. Consult the relevant departments to solve the influence of pet fever, and suggest that the relevant departments formulate plans to strengthen the management of urban pets to effectively protect the normal life and rest of the citizens.
