Please note that when negotiating the repayment plan, you must indicate the specific repayment time and amount, and fulfill the repayment obligations in strict accordance with the agreement;
4. Seek legal aid if necessary: If you think that the collection of lawyers is illegal, such as threats, intimidation, harassment, etc. You can seek legal aid or consult professionals to safeguard your rights and interests.
Writing of dunning letter:
1, title and number, and the title should generally indicate the number for convenience of inquiry and contact;
2. The dunning letter shall clearly and accurately indicate the names and account numbers of the dunning unit and the defaulting unit, as well as the full names and account numbers of both units;
