The relocation of colleges and universities is nothing more than the needs of the school's own development or urban construction. Some of them gather from ordinary prefecture-level cities to provincial capital cities where higher education resources are concentrated, some migrate from economically developed provincial capital cities to surrounding cities, or disperse from downtown to new districts.
Different from the new campus and decentralized development of colleges and universities in different places, relocation is an overall migration from one place to another, which is equivalent to "uprooting" all resources. Some forms of migration are intra-city migration, and some are inter-provincial and inter-city migration, which has great influence on the places of emigration and immigration.
