Otherwise, you have the right to refuse to sign for confirmation and provide maintenance settlement vouchers.
Exempt from three guarantees
Due to the following reasons, the computer fails, works abnormally or is damaged, and the company does not assume the responsibility of three guarantees. Please choose the paid service.
The leader has no valid three-guarantee warranty certificate and no valid new blue warranty label or barcode;
The whole machine or parts of this product have exceeded the warranty period;
Failing to use, maintain or keep the product according to the requirements of the product manual, resulting in failure and damage;
Failure or damage caused by the working environment not specified by the product (such as too high temperature, too low temperature, too wet or too dry, too high altitude, abnormal physical pressure, electromagnetic interference, unstable power supply, electrostatic interference, excessive zero-ground voltage, improper voltage input, etc.). );
Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, change, addition or disassembly by institutions and personnel not authorized by Lan Xin;
Unauthorized alteration of the three-guarantee certificate;
Failure or damage caused by the use of parts not provided by the factory (see packing list);
Failure or damage caused by using pirated or other illegally authorized software, non-standard or unpublished software;

Special reminder
Lan Xin's "Service Commitment" is only used for the components configured in the factory of Lanxin desktop computer (see the packing list for the configuration list). Lan Xin and its maintenance organization will repair the software and hardware faults within the above scope specified in this commitment. For the losses caused by the fault that can be attributed to Lan Xin according to law, the sellers in Lan Xin or Lan Xin will bear corresponding responsibilities according to their contracts with you and relevant national laws and regulations.
During the warranty period, please prepare the purchase voucher, three-guarantee warranty voucher and packing list to avoid incomplete information and affect the timeliness of maintenance. If you can't provide any warranty certificate, Lan Xin will check the production date according to the machine number of the machine you use, and provide warranty service according to the available production date. Lan Xin reserves the right not to provide free warranty if you can't get the valid information of the machine.
The new blue desktop computer repaired by the new blue designated maintenance organization continues to enjoy the warranty period of the original machine. If the warranty period after maintenance is less than three months, the repaired parts shall be guaranteed for three months from the date of maintenance. At that time, please issue a valid maintenance record.
When you buy a new Blue desktop computer, all the non-new blue components installed by the seller will be guaranteed by the seller, and the new blue is not responsible for all the additional commitments made by the seller. Please ask the seller for written proof when purchasing the machine to ensure that the seller fulfills your additional commitments.
Please back up or retrieve the information programs you think are valuable in time before receiving the service. Lan Xin and its maintenance organization are only responsible for product maintenance and testing, and do not provide data recovery and backup within the service scope specified in this document. Lan Xin and its maintenance agencies are not responsible for the damage or loss of data, programs or storage media.
During the free warranty period, Lan Xin has the ownership of the replaced faulty parts.
According to the national Three Guarantees regulations, the depreciation rate of computer return is charged at (0.25%/ day). The calculation date of depreciation expense is from the date of invoice to the date of return, in which the occupation of repair and the time to be repaired shall be deducted.
