Government information disclosure is mainly voluntary disclosure, supplemented by application for disclosure.

2. Open style

For the information that is voluntarily disclosed, Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources mainly adopts two forms: online disclosure and open access point disclosure. . The public access location is subject to the announcement of the provincial government.

3. Time limit for publicity

The government information that belongs to the scope of voluntary disclosure shall be made public by the Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources within 20 working days from the date when the government information is formed or changed. Where there are other provisions in laws and regulations on the time limit for government information disclosure, those provisions shall prevail.

4. Query method

Citizens, legal persons and other organizations can access the public information of the Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources in the information access places set up by the provincial government, or they can log in to the "Government Information Disclosure" column on the homepage of the Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources.

The first batch of information that can be disclosed according to the application includes: land registration results, geological data, groundwater monitoring, land law enforcement results, land petition processing results, mineral law enforcement results, mineral petition processing results, etc. The Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources will sort out the information catalogue disclosed according to the application in batches and step by step, and announce it to the public.

2. Receiving institutions

3. Application

The applicant holds a valid identity document and applies in the following ways.

(1) Apply directly through the Internet. Applicants can download and fill in the Application Form for Government Information Disclosure of Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources from the website of Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources (see attached table 1, hereinafter referred to as the Application Form), and then send it to the public e-mail.

(2) A written application. Applicants can download the application form from the website of Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources or collect the application form from the accepting institution, fill it out and send it to the accepting institution.

(3) Oral application

If it is really difficult to apply in writing, the applicant may submit it orally, and the accepting institution will fill in the application form on his behalf.

4. Application processing

After receiving the application form, the accepting institution shall issue a receipt to the applicant. If you can answer on the spot, answer on the spot; If you can't reply on the spot, you shall make the following written reply within 15 working days from the date of accepting the application:

(1) If it belongs to the scope of voluntary disclosure, inform the applicant of the ways and means to obtain the government information.

(2) If it falls within the scope of non-disclosure, inform the applicant and explain the reasons.

(3) If it does not belong to the public scope of this organ according to law, inform the applicant of the organ and contact information of the information; If the government information applied for disclosure does not exist, the applicant will be informed.

(4) If it is necessary to extend the reply period, the person in charge of the Information Disclosure Office of Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources agrees and informs the applicant that the longest extension of the reply period shall not exceed 15 working days.

(5) If the application content is not clear, the applicant will be informed to make amendments and supplements.

(six) if the government information involves the rights and interests of the third party, the accepting institution shall solicit the opinions of the third party, and the time required for soliciting the opinions of the third party shall not be counted in the time limit.

5. Charge standard

To provide government information according to the application, you can charge fees for searching, copying and mailing. The cost standard shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions formulated by the financial and price management departments.

Third, the way of supervision.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations think that this organ fails to fulfill the obligation of government information disclosure according to law, and may report to the superior administrative organ, the supervisory organ or the competent department of government information disclosure.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law if they think that the specific administrative act of this office in the work of government information disclosure infringes upon their legitimate rights and interests.
