The labor and social security departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government:

In order to further strengthen the public consultation service of labor and social security, enable the public to quickly and conveniently understand relevant policies, be familiar with procedures, better safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and provide a unified service window and platform for the whole society, our department has applied for a national unified public service telephone number for the national telephone consultation service of labor and social security. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the national labor security telephone consultation service special number is "12333", which is used all over the country. This number is a local fixed telephone number. Long-distance or mobile phone numbers should be preceded by long-distance prefix and area code. The communication fee standard shall be implemented according to the current relevant regulations of the Ministry of Information Industry, and the information service fee shall be exempted.

Two, all localities should integrate the original telephone consulting service system, as soon as possible to use the "12333" number to access the existing consulting service department, so that the "12333" number can provide services to the outside world. After the "12333" number is activated, other service numbers should be stopped, except for those that need to be temporarily reserved due to work continuity, and all kinds of labor and social security service cornets originally used should be returned to the local provincial communications administration and announced to the public in time. (1) The complaint is made by the complainant to the competent labor administrative department. The complaint document shall include the following contents:
