The specific setting scope and requirements of public information signs shall be formulated separately by the municipal technical supervision administrative department in conjunction with relevant departments in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. When the construction project is completed and accepted, the relevant departments shall take the setting of public information signs as one of the acceptance contents. Twelfth units using public information signs shall regularly check the use of public information signs, and shall promptly repair and update them. (III) Whoever produces public information sign products that do not meet the relevant mandatory standards of the state and industry shall be ordered to stop production, the products shall be confiscated, and a fine of 20% to 50% of the value of the batch of products shall be imposed, and a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan from 500 yuan shall be imposed on the responsible person.
(4) those who sell public information sign products that do not meet the relevant mandatory standards of the state and industry shall be ordered to stop selling, their illegal income shall be confiscated, and a fine of more than 20% and less than 60% of the value of the products shall be imposed, and a fine of more than 500 yuan and less than 5,000 yuan shall be imposed on the responsible person.
