My partner and I are college classmates and both work in Beijing. I want to settle in Tianjin in 20 19. At that time, I saw someone posting the contents of Tianjin hukou in a circle of friends. At the beginning, I didn't have such a strong desire to settle in Tianjin, so I didn't care much. Later, a few friends around me have already dealt with it, and my heart is ready to move. Then I watched some videos about settling in Tik Tok, and every time I opened them, I pushed them to me. After reading more, I found that it is really a good choice to settle in Tianjin:
If there is no reason why we don't want to settle in Tianjin, the problem we are facing now is:
1- My boyfriend and I are both foreigners working in Beijing. I'm from Zhangjiakou, Hebei, and he's from Dezhou, Shandong. The two are far apart.
2- The two of us add up to a small monthly salary. It is impossible to buy a house in Beijing, even if you buy a house, you can't settle down.
3- No children at present. What should children do when they go to school after having children? They are uncomfortable with their parents at home. After living in Tianjin, the pace of life is much slower than that in Beijing.
4- If I go back to his hometown to study, I have to give up my present job, but he doesn't want to go back to work either. There are many relatives in Jinan.
5- It's too difficult to get an undergraduate course in Shandong and Hebei college entrance examination. My partner and I have been through it, and I don't want to make it so difficult for my children. Although I don't know if there is any advantage in the college entrance examination in 20 years, I think it is worthwhile for the children. Even if there is no advantage in the future, let the child know that we have worked hard for his future.
I don't know why you want to settle in Tianjin, but you may be in the same situation as me. Beijing can't stay, my hometown can't go back, and I have to consider the future of my children. Besides, I have worked in Beijing for four or five years, and it's really tiring to squeeze the subway to work every day ~ ~ ~
After getting engaged to my other half at the beginning of this year, his parents also supported us to settle in Tianjin in the future, and both parents also gave financial support in buying a house, so we thought of buying a smaller house in Tianjin first, and then changing to a bigger one when we had money. Anyway, I learned that buying a house in Tianjin requires two years of social security or a Tianjin hukou. We made a total, and I applied for a Tianjin account in my name. My child and I have a household registration book, and the target account is still in my hometown in Shandong.
Then I asked a friend for the contact information of the intermediary I handled for him before, and wanted to know more. I plan to go to Tianjin in February. Who knows that I was afraid to go out when I met an epidemic in Shijiazhuang, so I put it on hold, but the contact with sales was not interrupted. I want to thank him for sending me some latest quotations from time to time.
Later, we went to his place on March 1 and talked for more than an hour. We were satisfied in all aspects, and it would not exceed 1 month. I think it doesn't matter whether it can be done smoothly for a month or two. I have social security in Beijing, and I'm afraid it will have any impact. It better be safe. After paying the money, we stopped by to see the house. The house in the sixth district of the city can't afford it. The old campus is very small, and the apartment is not beautiful. I'm not going to think about the city.
I didn't go back to Beijing at night. I want to see the house the next day. I don't want to do this after I decide as soon as possible. And Beijing is close to Tianjin, so you can go back to your hometown in Tianjin to rest on weekends. It's pleasant to think about it. I saw several new buildings the next day, and they all said that Vanke's property was good. I saw two, but the price exceeded the budget, and it was in Beichen. What we want is the kind of quasi-existing house with a clear environment. After all, I'm getting married next year, so it's better to have my own nest. Due to limited time, I didn't watch much. I will continue to watch it later.
Attached are photos of my two days in Tianjin. The environment is still very good. I don't show my face because my face is big;
The next day, the salesman told me that I had applied for social security. With social security, I can register with Tianjin Public Security Bureau and upload information. After following the above steps, I have to wait for their notice. That is, on March 8 th, Goddess Day, the salesman said that it would be approved tomorrow, and it would be naively passed the next day. Don't get too excited. This is much faster than expected. I went to their place on March 1, applied on March 2, and was approved on March 9. I was so excited that I logged into the system and looked at it. All three departments passed:
At this point, I have basically completed more than half of it, and I am waiting to move the permit ~ ~
This is a photo of the residence permit. I'm thinking about it. The date is still hot ~ ~ tut!
The house price is so low this year, so I will go to Tianjin again in a few days.
Thank you again for helping me with the sales this time. I am very patient, mainly because the whole journey took only six days, and I really experienced efficiency and professionalism.
