The restored Zhongshan Temple, ancient Buddha monument and ancient stone are still there, but the ground buildings are gone. Fortunately, the site was not destroyed, and now the temple has been restored and built on the site.

The temple faces south, the mountain gate opens from the south courtyard facing the valley, and the upper and lower houses are adjacent. There is an ancient mill in the South Yard. There is a semi-monument on the west side of the mill, which is semi-circular and embossed with moire. Generally, the heads of monuments are carved with dragons. This monument is atypical, decorated with clouds, strange and natural.

One of them is "Rebuilding the Hua Hui Temple Monument" in the Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty, and there are four intriguing characters "He" on the top of the broken monument. The handwriting under the monument cannot be completely recognized due to weathering, but it can be analyzed that this monument is a merit monument for rebuilding the temple.

The north courtyard is the main courtyard of the temple, with three main halls, facing south, and the courtyard base is higher. Judging from the exquisite stone carving patterns of the remaining Buddha statues, the Buddha statues of that year must be very beautiful. There is a mezzanine hall on each side, and there are three halls in the east and west.

Today, there are several lay people in Zhongshan Temple, including Buddhism, Buddhist prayer hall, fasting hall, pilgrims and tourists. Guanyin statue was built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties and has been well preserved so far.

Judging from the past, we can see that the environment of Zhongshan Temple is very quiet. Every spring, summer and autumn, persimmon forests, pine and cypress trees and firewood cover the sky and enter the mountains like fairyland.

In 20 14, the temple was renovated as new and was designated as a district-level cultural relics protection unit. The rebuilt Zhongshan Temple has always been protected. Now, it is finally open to the outside world, with beautiful style, and reproduces the glory of the ancient temple. If you visit, it's on the roadside. It is worth mentioning that tickets are free.

If you travel here in Beijing and want to go to some tourist attractions with few people, you might as well visit here. It has just been renovated recently, so go and have a look!
