Yesterday, the launching ceremony of the first phase of the primary and secondary school principals' flight of the Ministry of Education was held in Kunming. It is reported that the Provincial Department of Education has identified Yang Wenhua, the headmaster of Luquan National Primary School, and other 16 people as members of the pilot studio for primary and secondary school principals of the Ministry of Education.
It is understood that the pilot flight of famous principals is a high-end training project in the pilot project of outstanding principals in the "National Principal Training Plan" implemented by the Ministry of Education, aiming at cultivating a group of' educator-type principals' who have great social influence and can play a leading role in the reform and development of basic education. In the first phase, 64 outstanding principals were selected for the whole country, including Yang Qiongying, the principal of Yuxi No.1 Primary School in our province, and Yang, the principal of Kunming Dianchi Resort Experimental School.
The pilot studio for principals of famous primary and secondary schools is a new platform and model for cultivating outstanding young and middle-aged principals, especially rural primary and secondary school principals, and it is another powerful measure to strengthen the construction of primary and secondary school principals in Yunnan Province. The host of the studio will play an exemplary and leading role, lead the members to complete the tasks assigned to the studio by the Provincial Department of Education and the training base for famous principals of the Ministry of Education, and constantly make outstanding achievements in "mentoring system", project research and educational development suggestions, so as to lead the growth of young and middle-aged principals.
After the launching ceremony, the participating experts and scholars made special reports on literacy education in the internet plus era, educational ideas in the educational transition period and the application and development of psychological capital in school education, and discussed the hot and difficult issues in current education.
