When the product with negative price consumes more, another product can be consumed at the same time. The vertical line and horizontal line of the budget line are these two products respectively. Then one must increase with the increase of the other, and the slope is positive or -p 1/P2- plus a negative plus a negative sign is just positive (mobile phone code is too difficult).
