1. If you have opened the personal online banking of BOC at the counter, you can open the "Agreement Payment" service in the personal online banking. The opening steps of agreement payment are as follows:
(1) Log in to personal online banking, enter the menu of electronic payment-agreement payment, use the agreement payment service, select "agreement payment signing" in "agreement payment", select the merchants who need to sign, and read the agreement.
(2) Personal online banking will echo the customer's name, certificate type and certificate number. You need to select the payment account to bind, and enter the information of "Merchant Account" and "Daily Cumulative Limit Set by Customer".
(3) Confirm the signature information and enter the dynamic password /CA certificate for verification.
2. Bank of China cardholders who have not opened personal online banking can also sign online contracts by signing in through bank cards and initiating agreement payment from merchant websites. You can also enter the agreement payment service through the navigation bar on the right side of the personal online banking login page, and use the agreement payment services such as inquiry, modification, termination and transaction record inquiry through bank card login.
3. When you initiate an agreement payment contract from Tenpay website, the system will automatically bind your Tenpay account (QQ number) with your bank card account. After signing the agreement payment contract with Tenpay, Tenpay will be fully responsible for checking the customer's identity and true wishes when you make subsequent agreement payment, and you will no longer interact with BOC.
4. It should be noted that a customer can only have one valid agreement when using the same merchant account in a merchant, and cannot sign a contract repeatedly.
