However, considering that some people may need psychological counseling resources but can't afford the cost of psychological counseling, we recommend some free/public welfare resources from four aspects: help hotline, hospital, school and community for reference.

Basically, there are crisis intervention hotlines in all parts of the country, provinces and cities. If you have psychological distress or even suicidal thoughts, please call the help hotline for professional help.
Advantages:
Generally speaking, it is available 24 hours;
The wiring is basically volunteers who have received professional training and answered under professional supervision;
Telephone help is not limited to any region.
there is no age limit.
Disadvantages:
The voice communication meeting lacks more information and has certain requirements for helpers;
If you ask for help many times, you may not meet the same volunteer, and you must re-establish contact every time;
It takes a process to solve problems or change people, that is, 50 minutes of conversation, and it is difficult to make in-depth changes.
