In 2004, the Ministry of Personnel officially approved the establishment of "postdoctoral workstation" in R&D branch. In 2005, R&D branch was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and in the same year, with the approval of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and Shanghai Education Commission, the "Shanghai Chinese Medicine Preparation (Huiren) Engineering Technology Research Center" and "Shanghai Postgraduate Joint Training Base" were established respectively.
R&D Branch has a team of high-quality talents headed by professors and doctoral supervisors, with more than 50 employees. Up to now, the company has introduced 6 doctors, including 2 postdoctoral doctors and 0/5 masters/kloc. After the doctoral and master students of experts and scholars from these famous universities entered the R&D department, they gradually became the backbone of research and development. On this basis, the R&D branch set up an expert consulting team composed of well-known domestic experts and scholars. These experts often communicate with R&D branches, give lectures in enterprises and give project guidance, which has played a great role in the development of R&D branches.
At present, R&D Branch has more than 50 large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment, such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, UV, IR, AAS, microwave vacuum dryer, automatic dissolution sampling system, medium-pressure chromatographic equipment, microwave countercurrent extraction device, multifunctional machine for medical examination, microwave digester and soft capsule production line, which can meet the needs of various modern Chinese and western pharmaceutical preparations.
The R&D branch has laboratories for natural medicinal chemistry, chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical analysis, Chinese and Western pharmaceutical preparations and a pilot project center. All disciplines are led by doctors of related majors, and there are project and information management centers, registration management centers and new drug clinical research centers. It has a technical team and implementation ability in the whole process of project establishment, project design, experimental research, pilot test, clinic and registration of various Chinese and western new drugs.
Since the R&D Division settled in Shanghai, it has completed the research and development of more than 90 new Chinese and western medicines, and obtained more than 60 new drug production approvals. At present, there are more than 130 new drug projects under research or undertaking, of which more than 10 have entered the second phase of clinical trials. Since 2004, R&D Branch has undertaken all kinds of scientific and technological projects 13, including 5 national projects, 5 provincial projects and 3 municipal projects. R&D Division has broken through many key technologies in this field, and recently applied for and obtained many national invention patents (*** 16), most of which have been transferred and industrialized.
R&D Branch has provided technical services such as pilot research for many pharmaceutical R&D institutions and enterprises in Shanghai, such as Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, National Research Center of Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Engineering Technology, Shanghai Green Valley Research Institute of Green Valley Group and Shanghai Jincun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ..
In addition, the R&D Division attaches great importance to strengthening horizontal links across the country, and has established good cooperative partnerships and technical platforms with well-known national scientific research institutions such as Peking University, Peking Union Medical College, Shanghai Institute of Pharmacology of China Academy of Sciences, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Second Military Medical University, Tianjin University, Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai Medical Engineering College, China Pharmaceutical University and Shenyang Pharmaceutical University.
