(1) time of issuance. The time for centralized issuance of legal professional qualification certificates is May 7 -27, 2022. Due to the different number of certificates issued in different places, the time of issuing certificates in different places has been slightly adjusted in the unified time period. Specifically, the announcement or notice of the local judicial administrative organs shall prevail.

The legal professional qualification certificate is issued by the municipal (prefecture) judicial bureau (office) that issued the 202 1 legal professional qualification application acceptance form. Please refer to the announcement or notice of local judicial administrative organs for the specific address.
? Second, the way and steps of collection
(1) Make an appointment to get the license. Applicants should log on to the national unified legal professional qualification examination qualification application platform (/plawreg/index.jsp) from April 27th to May 3rd, 2022 to make an appointment to receive the certificate. If it is difficult to make an appointment online, you can make an appointment to get a license by phone. In epidemic areas, high-risk areas, people with overseas life history, fever and other symptoms, please make an appointment by telephone to extend the application, and the staff of the judicial administrative organ will inform the specific time for obtaining the license.
(2) Field collection. Those who successfully make an online or telephone appointment to apply for a license should strictly abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in various places in the order of online appointment and telephone appointment, obey the arrangement of the on-site staff, show their valid identity documents and the Legal Professional Qualification Application Acceptance Form, fill in the information collection form of 202 1 Legal Professional Qualification Examination, and apply for a license.

(1) I received it. According to the relevant work requirements, the legal professional qualification certificate shall be obtained by the applicant with his ID card and shall not be entrusted to others.
Due to special circumstances, it is impossible to collect the certificate within the specified time, and the judicial administrative organ at the place where the certificate is issued shall keep the legal professional qualification certificate on its behalf. Employment and recruitment need a legal professional qualification certificate, and I can't get it on the spot for the time being. The applicant can apply by telephone, and the staff of the judicial administrative organ in the place where the certificate is issued will mail (fax) a copy of the certificate or scan the electronic version.
(2) take the initiative to inform. The person applying for a license is obliged to inform him and his * * * family members and relatives whether they have fever and other suspected COVID-19 symptoms, their travel in the past 14 days and their contact with overseas people.
(3) Convenience measures. In order to facilitate the applicant to receive the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate on the spot, if the place of work, life and study is not in the same place (city) as the place where the application for legal professional qualification is accepted (the place where the applicant's household registration is located), he may apply to adjust the place where he receives the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in Xizang Autonomous Region. The license applicant shall apply to the Legal Professional Qualification Management Office of Xizang Autonomous Region Justice Department for adjusting the receiving place by telephone from April 26th to 28th, 2022.
This time, full-time undergraduate graduates (including junior college graduates) from ordinary colleges and military academies in 2022 who took the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 20021and graduates who applied for master's degree with the same academic ability are not included.
