Safety supervision engineers fill in safety patrol records every day, and objectively record the safety hidden dangers found and the implementation of rectification.
In the daily inspection and on-site inspection, the professional supervision engineers and on-site supervision personnel in the resident office should check the safety production of the inspected or on-site projects, and immediately require rectification after finding the problems, and the subsequent construction can only be carried out after the rectification is completed. Problems such as potential safety hazards found and rectification results are objectively recorded in the supervision log of the inspector on that day.

After the rectification is completed, the project department will reply to the "Contractor Report Form" or the "Feedback Form of Safety Hidden Danger Rectification", and the resident office will review and sign the rectification results.
The safety supervision instructions or safety engineering supervision notices issued in the first and second quarters of 20xx include:
