1. Supervise and ensure the hygiene and safety of the company's products: implement the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and various food hygiene and safety management systems. They actively cooperate with the food hygiene inspection by the food hygiene supervision department, conscientiously implement the opinions and related requirements put forward by the food hygiene supervision department, and do a good job in file management of food hygiene and other related materials.
2. Check the product quality: If there is any doubt about the quality, report to the leader in time, and send the samples to relevant departments for testing if necessary. They should check the quality of products every day and destroy them immediately if they find any damage or deterioration. In order to ensure the safety of employees and products, quality inspectors should also check the personal hygiene of employees, the processing and storage of products, and the handling of employee health certificates and other related documents.
