Misunderstanding caused by information asymmetry

On the second day of this trip to Guizhou, something happened: we are going to take a bus from Zhaoxing Dongzhai to the gate of the scenic spot. When the first bus came, we saw that the license plate was the car we took yesterday and got on the bus. As a result, several people in the car occupied several seats, and the three of us couldn't sit, so we told them that this was the car we took yesterday and should sit in the same position. As a result, those people ignored us Later, when the tour guides Dongdong and Elvis Presley heard this, they came over and said that we would take the next bus, saying that we had just told everyone on the road that we would take the scenic bus to the door and then transfer to the bus. Only then did we understand what had happened.

On the way out of the gate of the scenic spot, I fell into thinking: this is actually a misunderstanding caused by information asymmetry. No one is wrong, each has its own reasons; If I had known what the tour guide said, I wouldn't have squeezed our car yesterday, because according to my personality, I didn't want to squeeze these, and I just got to the door a little late, which doesn't matter at all.

As for us, because we were looking at the shops along the street and buying fruits, we kept walking behind and didn't hear what the tour guide said at all, otherwise we wouldn't get on the bus and argue with others; Because we are also people who abide by the rules, we want to leave the original car in place.

For those who argue with us that we can't get off the bus: they all heard the tour guide's words. They think they are right, but they are right, except for occupying seats.

Many times in this world, many things are caused by information asymmetry, and many times others will not give you a chance to explain. In fact, where there are so many misunderstandings, where there is so much hatred, there will not be so much pain, such as lovers who break up. ...

Another misunderstanding that happened in the company before I wanted to go was also caused by information asymmetry:

W, who is in charge of the internal affairs of the company, has been sending various notices on WeChat. If it is usually unimportant information, we will pass it at a glance, but once a big customer came to our company to see the products, and the result was an oolong when sampling. Customers doubt our professionalism. After the customer left, I said, I never knew the company had changed this product. I sell externally. I didn't even know such an important thing. W said that it had been notified on WeChat group, and everyone was unhappy as a result. Later, I gave a suggestion. I must be informed of important things, and I must bring them up at the meeting to let everyone know.

The above example is the misunderstanding caused by obvious information asymmetry, which is extremely serious for the company.

In order to avoid similar incidents, the tour guides at the back simply got on the bus and took their seats in the order of the registration form, which was unanimously passed.

I hope everyone in the world can try to avoid this unnecessary misunderstanding. If there is, please try to explain it clearly, because it is really unnecessary and not worth thinking about many times.

Try to look at the problem from someone else's point of view, and sometimes you will find a different truth from another angle.
