It mainly includes: specific administrative acts such as administrative punishment and administrative license exercised by this organ.
(4) Work guide
It mainly includes: the service guide for the business related to the administrative functions of this organ, including the legal basis, handling conditions, application methods, handling procedures, handling time limit, downloading of required forms, etc.

It mainly includes: the work trends and work summary planning of major meetings and leadership activities of this organ.
(6) Financial budget and final accounts
It mainly includes: the annual financial budget and final accounts report of this organ.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations can consult the catalogue in the column of government information disclosure on the website of Guangdong Provincial People's Government or the portal of this organ.

Voluntary disclosure
See the catalogue for the scope of government information voluntarily disclosed by this organ.
1. Open mode
We will actively disclose government information mainly through the portal website of our bureau, and also through government bulletins, press conferences and other forms and public media such as newspapers, radio and television.
The portal website of our bureau has set up a column on government information disclosure, in which the public can find the government information voluntarily disclosed by our bureau through the guidance of the catalogue of government information disclosure.
2. Time limit for publicity
The government information voluntarily disclosed by this organ shall be disclosed within 20 working days from the date of formation or change of government information. Where there are other provisions in laws and regulations on the time limit for government information disclosure, those provisions shall prevail.
(2) disclosure upon application.
In addition to the voluntary disclosure of government information, citizens, legal persons or other organizations (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) may apply to our bureau for obtaining relevant government information according to their own special needs such as production, life and scientific research.
Since May 1 2008, our office has officially accepted disclosure by application, and the accepting institution is the Government Information Disclosure Office of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice.

Applicants who apply to our bureau for access to government information shall fill in the Application Form for Government Information Disclosure of Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice (hereinafter referred to as the application form, see Annex 1). The application form can be obtained from the accepting institution or downloaded from the portal website of our bureau.
(1) The applicant's application for disclosure of government information shall truthfully state the following contents:
Name, valid identification and contact information of the applicant.
(2) The required government information shall be described clearly and in detail, including document title, release time, document number or other characteristic descriptions that can point to specific government information.
(3) The purpose of the required government information. If necessary, please submit relevant certificates to explain your special needs such as production, life and scientific research.
(4) Promise that the obtained government information will only be used for its own special needs, and it will not be hyped or expanded at will.
(2) The applicant may apply in the following ways:
(1) written application.
The applicant can submit the application form in person through the accepting institution of this organ, or apply by letter or fax. If you apply by letter, please indicate the words "government information disclosure application" in the lower left corner of the envelope; If you apply by fax, please indicate the words "application for government information disclosure" accordingly. The time when a letter or fax application arrives at the accepting institution is the application time.
② Apply through the Internet.
Applicants can apply through the "online application for government information disclosure" column of the portal website of our bureau, or directly through the provincial government portal website for government information online according to the application disclosure system.
(3) telephone consultation.
This organ does not directly accept telephone or SMS applications, but applicants can conduct business consultation by telephone.
2. Application processing
(1) Registration for preliminary examination
After receiving the application for government information disclosure from citizens, legal persons or other organizations, this organ will register and conduct preliminary examination. After preliminary examination, the contents of the application are unclear, the formal requirements are incomplete, including identity certificates or relevant certificates explaining their special needs. If the application is not provided, it does not meet the provisions of the fourth paragraph of Article 21 of the Regulations, and the applicant will be informed to make corrections.
(2) reply
When this organ handles the applicant's application for government information disclosure, it can reply on the spot; If you can't reply on the spot, you should reply within 15 working days from the date of receiving the application; If it is really necessary to extend the reply period, the reply time shall not exceed 15 working days with the consent of the person in charge of the government information disclosure work agency of our office, and the applicant shall be informed. For details, please refer to the flow chart of government information disclosure application handled by this institution (see Annex 2).
(1) To provide the applicant with the contents of the government information or inform him of the ways and means to obtain the government information, if it is within the scope of publicity.
(two) the government information applied for disclosure contains contents that should not be disclosed, but can be treated differently, and provide the applicant with some contents that can be disclosed, and inform the applicant of the reasons for the parts that should not be disclosed.
(3) If the information applied for disclosure involves commercial secrets and personal privacy of a third party, but it conforms to the provisions of Article 23 of the Regulations, it shall provide the applicant with the contents of government information, and inform the third party in writing of the contents and reasons for deciding to disclose it.
(4) If it is not produced or preserved by this organ, inform the applicant; If the administrative organ that holds the government information can be determined, inform the applicant of the name and contact information of the administrative organ.
(5) If it falls within the scope of non-disclosure, inform the applicant and explain the reasons.
6. If the government information does not exist, inform the applicant and explain the reasons.
All landowners apply for public information does not belong to the scope of government information stipulated in Article 2 of the Regulations, and inform the applicant.
Today, if the same applicant applies repeatedly to the accepting institution for the same application, it shall inform the applicant not to reply repeatedly.
When providing government information according to the application, this organ shall provide it according to the actual state of the information except the contents that should not be disclosed, and shall not process, count, study, analyze or otherwise handle the information.
(3) Charge
Accepting institutions provide government information according to the application, and according to the charging standards formulated by the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance "Notice on the charging standards for providing government information by administrative organs in our province according to the application and related issues" (Guangdong Price [2009] No.203), the fees charged can be charged according to the retrieval, copying and mailing fees incurred in the process of applying for government information disclosure, and all the fees collected can be turned over to the finance.
Rural five guarantees recipients, urban and rural residents' minimum living guarantee recipients, and special care recipients who enjoy state pension subsidies can be exempted from relevant expenses upon their own application and approval by the person in charge of the government information disclosure agency of our office.

Fourth, supervision and guarantee.
Citizens, legal persons or other organizations think that the records of government information related to themselves provided by our bureau are inaccurate, and they can apply to the government information disclosure office of our bureau for correction and provide evidence materials. The government information disclosure office of our bureau will handle the application accordingly and inform the applicant.
Citizens, legal persons or other organizations think that our bureau has not fulfilled the obligation of government information disclosure according to law, and can complain and report to the Office of the Ombudsman of our bureau according to the provisions of Articles 33 and 35 of the Regulations and the Measures for Investigating the Responsibility of Government Information Disclosure in Guangdong Province (Trial) (office address: No.51,Zheng Min Road, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, and the time for accepting complaints is 8: 30-6,544 working days.
Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may also report to higher administrative organs, supervisory organs or government information disclosure departments.
Citizens, legal persons or other organizations believe that the specific administrative acts of administrative organs in the government information disclosure work infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests, citizens, legal persons and other organizations may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law.
