Merchants from other countries or regions can directly contact local branches (telephone or email consultation is available) (path: unionpay international official website Home-contact us-select a specific branch (representative office) to check the contact information), and the contact telephone number should be within local working hours.
2. If you want to become an overseas merchant of China UnionPay Express QR code:
You need to have a local business license (overseas), and you can provide legal person information, business scope, business address, merchant name and other information, and contact the local acquiring institution (please refer to the information of POS merchants' network access institutions for acquiring institutions in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Australia and the United States, and merchants in other regions can consult the development of local banking business) to apply.
3. If you want to be a UnionPay cross-border online payment merchant:
