Proof of legally stable residence includes: house property right certificate (property right certificate and land certificate can be provided for self-built houses) and public rental housing lease contract (including original low-rent housing and public housing directly managed by housing management department). Leasing does not include renting private houses. If the owner of the house or the lessee of public rental housing is an immediate family member (parents, spouse, children), a marriage certificate or proof of immediate family members is required; If there is an immediate family member's account in the place to be settled, the "Resident Register" of the place to be settled shall be provided.
(II) To apply for settling in a collective household of an employment unit, it is necessary to provide the employment certificate of the employment unit and a copy of the home page of the collective household of the unit (with the official seal of the unit), and the manager of the collective household of the unit shall go through the settlement formalities at the household registration window of the county (city) district public security bureau (sub-bureau) where it intends to settle.
(III) Collective households applying to settle in the employment and personnel talent center shall be examined by the employment and personnel talent service agency in the place where they intend to settle, and receive a copy, and then go through the settlement procedures at the household registration window of the county (city) district public security bureau (sub-bureau) where they intend to settle.
With the household registration book, the Employment and Personnel Center will notify the applicant to receive the certificate of permission to move in. The applicant will issue the certificate of household registration to the local police station with the certificate of permission to move in and hand it over to the Employment and Personnel Center for handling.
