When did you discover people's selfishness?

For example, at work, many actions of leaders and colleagues make me feel that they are selfish.

Working in a working environment, colleagues also like to intrigue, because there is a lot of time. Just say one thing that makes me feel very strange. I am the youngest employee in our office, and there are some things in the office at ordinary times. Of course, I can handle it conveniently, so I will handle it. Once, I was on a business trip. It's very hot. I hurried back outside the company. Before I got to my seat, I heard an employee ask me to get a bucket of water. I'm not the only one in the office who has the strength to carry a bucket of water, and even if one person can't carry it, two people can't carry a bucket of water, right? They are sitting in the office blowing air conditioning, but they don't even want to take the initiative to do this little thing. Therefore, of course I am very unhappy. I replied, "you have nothing to do, just sit here and wait for me to get water." So what? Isn't it just going by yourself? " I have never seen such a sentimental employee: "I can't carry water." I really find it funny. We are all girls. Even if I can carry water, should my job be to fetch water? We are all ordinary employees in the office. Why should I do things naturally?

There are leaders, such as my boss. To tell the truth, our company is a small one. There are few employees in the office. Therefore, our direct leader is the boss. Our company is small, the salary level is not high, and the boss is still a calculating and narrow-minded person. The main reason for retaining employees is that in our third-tier cities, the rare weekends and vacations are in accordance with national regulations, and work is usually easier. One day, however, when our boss was pouring tea in the office, he simply chatted with other employees about the three-day National Day holiday that allowed us to work overtime in the company. I wasn't in the office when they talked about it, and I don't know. Then the next day, the boss called several of our employees to his office and announced that they would work overtime. I immediately raised an objection on the spot. The contract I signed defined my holiday, and I will never accept temporary changes without reason. Second, everyone can get rid of work when they go to work at ordinary times. Where is the basis for suddenly asking for overtime? So, I asked my boss directly: "What is the reason for working overtime? Is there any important work to deal with? " Actually, I know the truth. Our boss made it clear that he felt that we had too many holidays and he was very uncomfortable. He will feel better even if we sit in the office with nothing to do. How can there be other reasons? Moreover, he realized the weak position of employees and wanted to know how we as employees could refuse the boss, so he didn't even think clearly about a good reason before the meeting. In the end, he couldn't find a reason, so he had to "joke" and said it was a joke. If it's really a joke, how can you talk to other employees the day before and have a small meeting the next day? Besides, those employees didn't tell me about it on the first day, which made me very confident. I thought it over carefully before I realized that they were really scheming.

However, for people like me who don't know how to play tricks, playing tricks with others is only a dead end. It is often my unexpected directness that makes all their plans fall short. My plan is to grasp their seemingly unresponsive psychology, even if their hearts are turbulent.
