In recent years, he has presided over and participated in more than ten planning and scientific research projects in Shaanxi, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Shenzhen and other places, mainly including Research on the Layout of Public Facilities in Baoan District of Shenzhen, Research on the Integrated Development of Urumqi and changji city, Research on the Development of Energy and Heavy Chemical Industry Base in Shaanxi Province, Evaluation of Benchmark Land Price in Yangling and Xingping, etc., and has undertaken teaching work in real estate appraisal, real estate economy, real estate finance and urban planning.
