Factory 298 is the earliest military optical instrument factory in China, and it is in a leading position in the whole machine and system of low-light-level night vision and precision optical components. North Night Vision Technology Co., Ltd. is the only research and development and production enterprise of low-light-level image intensifier in China, and its product technical level and production capacity rank fourth in the world.
The reorganized night vision group has a registered capital of 2.5 billion yuan, which is composed of three shareholders: Ordnance Industry Group Corporation, 21KLOC-0/Institute and Yunnan Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., of which Weapon Party holds 80% and Yuntou Party holds 20%. It is a high-tech sub-group with clear property rights and clear responsibilities established in accordance with the modern enterprise system, and it is the highest level and largest in China.
After the reorganization, the total number of employees of Night Vision Group is about 3,205, including 7 senior employees1person, 258 deputy senior employees, and employees above deputy senior level account for more than 10% of the total number.
