Yellow card introduction
Huang Ka or driver's license requires that Huang Ka needs B or above to drive, and blue card needs C or above to drive.
Huang Ka trucks need a driver's license B2, and drivers' licenses A 1 and A2 are also acceptable. Driving a small Huang Ka truck (low-speed truck) requires a C3 driver's license (C/KLOC-0 or above is also acceptable).
The yellow cards are large cars, two-wheeled and three-wheeled motorcycles, large buses and agricultural vehicles.

The license plate of the foreign car in the embassy is a hollow messenger sign with white characters on a black background. The license plates of foreign cars in the consulate are marked with white words on the ink background and hollow collar words. The test number plate is written in white on a blue background, and the number is marked with the words test run. The license plate of the learner's car is written in white on a blue background, and there is a ""sign in front of the number.
The temporary license plate is red on a white background with a temporary symbol in front of the number. Yellow cards refer to large vehicles, such as trucks or buses with more than 2 tons (including vans with 10 seats or more). The license plates of operating vehicles and motorcycles are mostly yellow.
