Binzhou, directly under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province and managed by Xianyang City, is located in the geometric center of Pingliang, Baoji, Tongchuan and Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, and is the main throat connecting Qinlong. 196 1 August, the organizational system of Daxian County was abolished, and the original Daxian County was restored and changed to Xianyang District Administrative Office. 1September, 964, with the approval of the State Council, Taixian was changed to Binxian. 1April, 983, Xianyang area was changed to the provincial jurisdiction of Xianyang City, and Binxian became a city and county.
On May 20 18, with the approval of the State Council, it was agreed to cancel Binxian County and establish Binzhou City at the county level. The former administrative area of Binxian County was Binzhou City, and the Binzhou Municipal People's Government was located at No.51West Street, Chengguan Street.
