Declaration conditions
Candidates who meet the following conditions can apply for graduation.

Apply for graduation channels

Social candidates: after filling out the graduation application and submitting it, social candidates who apply for graduation apply for graduation declaration and confirmation at the district/county (autonomous county) admissions examination institution that issued the admission ticket, and submit relevant graduation materials at the confirmation point by themselves within the specified declaration time. Online declaration steps
1. Candidates should log in to middle.jsp (IE browser compatible mode is required) within the specified time (June 1, June 15) for online declaration. At the time of application, the social examination candidates must choose the recruitment agency directly under the state (city) or county (city, district) as the declaration confirmation point, and the non-social examination candidates (students in higher vocational colleges or secondary vocational schools) should choose the declaration confirmation point of their funded units.
2. When logging in, if the certificate information is inconsistent with the system or the basic information has changed, such as name, ID number, major, level, etc., please verify the personal basic information. Social candidates should contact the study room where the exam is located to consult the information change; The students of the aided unit shall be verified by the aided unit, and the relevant applications and supporting materials shall be submitted to the college where the official is located for processing.
3. After logging into the declaration system, click the "graduation declaration" button to declare graduation, and fill in the personal information carefully. 4. After submitting the graduation application, candidates should take the initiative to negotiate with the selected confirmation point to confirm the processing time before June 15, and bring relevant materials to the study room where the examination is located for information confirmation. Information confirmation is handled by the candidates themselves. Candidates must hold their valid identity documents, three copies of the front and back, and the original admission ticket to the study room where the exam is located to confirm the application information.
5. After confirming the information on the spot, the candidates sign the "Registration Form for Graduation Examination and Approval of Self-taught Higher Education in Yunnan Province".

Materials required for graduation application
1. Registration Form for Examination and Approval of Graduates of Self-taught Higher Education in Yunnan Province in triplicate (copy of ID card affixed on the back). 2. Original valid ID card and 3 clear copies (double-sided). The original ID card will be returned to the examinee by the study room where the exam is located after the exam.

The original diploma shall not be loaded into the candidates' files and sent to the provincial recruitment institute to prevent the original diploma from being lost. The name on the college diploma is subject to the name on the ID card. Candidates with inconsistent names shall issue certificates at the local police station, or copy a page of change information in the household registration book and submit it to the county (city, district) recruitment agency, which will load the certificates into the candidates' files. Changing the name without the approval of the police station is invalid.
When handling junior college, you must provide a copy of your high school or secondary school diploma. If you don't have a high school, secondary school, secondary school or vocational high school diploma, you need to check whether the candidates have taken the test. 6. Candidates applying for the undergraduate diploma must provide 1 copy of the electronic registration filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education, and query and print it on the China Higher Education Student Information Network. 7. Candidates who apply for exemption should provide their original authentic and valid certificates, and those with the same course name should provide the original student registration form (stamped with the fresh seal of the Academic Affairs Office), the original graduation certificate and the electronic registration filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education printed in Xue Xin. com。
