In 2002, he was transferred to China Cultural Relics Information Consulting Center as the director of the project audit department, responsible for the technical audit of the protection project scheme and planning of national key cultural relics protection units. He insisted on taking Theory of Three Represents as the guidance, adhering to the spirit of "Scientific Outlook on Development" and "independent innovation", doing his job well in a down-to-earth and diligent manner, and striving to push the audit work onto the standardized track.
