Summary of the work of the studio of famous Chinese teachers in county primary schools

Time flies, and it took another semester to follow the * * county primary school Chinese teacher studio. Over the past semester, we have seen a little gain from the studio staff and felt the joy of everyone's progress. Now we will briefly review our work:

I. Main Work Completed

1, actively participate in education and teaching activities. The teachers of the studio actively participated in the teaching and research activities held in the county studio, online teaching and research activities and many teaching activities held by the studio of famous Chinese teachers in the central primary school of * * town, and participated in the discussion of class evaluation. For everyone, every activity benefits a lot, both theoretically and from their classroom teaching.

2, a good demonstration class, give full play to the demonstration and leading role. According to the plan of the studio, the teachers not only completed the prescribed five extra-curricular classes, but also actively participated in the activities of sending teachers to the countryside organized by the central school. For example, in April of 20 15, three teachers, Liu * *, Zhang * * and Wang * *, sent teachers to Caojie Primary School to go to the countryside; In June, three teachers, Chen * * Qing, Li * * and Li * *, went to Shilaozhai Primary School to send their teachers to the countryside. Teachers' wonderful classroom design, superb control ability and friendly attitude left a deep impression on them. In short, through the seminar, the five students also matured quickly, and the classroom teaching was very artistic.

Great progress has been made. It is particularly worth mentioning that in May, 20 15, Mr. Zhang * * of the studio was named as the leader of the county-level Chinese subject, and in June, it is planned to recommend national-level key teachers; Teacher Wang of the studio was named as the backbone teacher of Chinese at the county level; Teacher Li * * of the studio won the first prize of the teachers' group in the teacher-student speech contest of "Celebrating June 1st and Creating an Elegant Campus" held by the school. These achievements are inseparable from everyone's study in the studio.

3. Actively write teaching papers and materialize teaching results. In the activity of creating a "scholarly campus", the teachers in the studio should read a good book, write reading notes, learn from reading, summarize their daily work and write papers every semester. For example, the paper "On the Reform of Chinese Teaching in Primary Schools" written by teacher Zhang * * was published in the second issue of the provincial publication "Research on Education and Teaching" 20 15.

4. Take an active part in all kinds of training at all levels to save your strength. Teachers Liu * * and Zhang * * participated in the national training program (information technology) training; Six teachers in the studio have participated in the training of rural backbone teachers of Hong Kong Wu Ronghe Education Foundation; Teacher Chen participated in the provincial discipline training for rural backbone teachers; Teachers Li * * and Li * * participated in the electronic whiteboard training.

5. In order to enrich their knowledge, broaden their horizons and improve their cultural quality, teachers read books such as Collected Works of Tao Xingzhi, Perspective Classroom and Collected Works of Ye Shengtao in addition to educational and teaching publications.

Second, the existing problems

1, studio members and students are on the front line and are the backbone of the school. Everyone is bound by heavy teaching tasks and various inspections. Limited energy and time make us unable to study and improve better, and even fail to complete some tasks arranged by the studio on time.

2. Classroom teaching needs to be improved. Individual students are too lazy to use courseware; There are many traces and components of instructional design downloaded from the internet, and the analysis of learning situation and after-class reflection are not comprehensive enough.

There is a tendency to emphasize "teaching" over "research".

Third, the direction of efforts

1, strengthen the study of education and teaching theory, and keep abreast of advanced teaching experience and teaching reform information.

2 strive for expert guidance, strengthen peer assistance and personal practice reflection, and enhance the awareness of education and scientific research.

3. Urge teachers to study and implement the latest revised new curriculum standard (20 1 1), and consciously participate in teaching competitions, observation and paper selection activities organized at all levels. Supervise yourself and studio students to actively participate in teaching and scientific research activities and exercise and grow in practice.

4. Strive for various competitions, watch classes and experience teams.

5. The influence of studio activities should be further expanded. Now, it seems that we only concentrate our activities on individual schools. In the second half of the year, we will start the studio to go to the central school, send teachers to their homes, let all teachers share their teaching experience, and let all children enjoy the best education.

In a word, our studio is a united, progressive and happy group. We have the same desire. We cooperate with each other, learn from each other and inspire each other. In the future education and teaching work, we will continue to work hard to better play the leading and exemplary role of the profession.
