The duties of the Vehicle Management Office are as follows:
The vehicle management office is divided into inspection duty and registration audit duty.
1, the duties of the inspection post are:
(1) Responsible for checking identification codes: checking motor vehicles, checking rubbings of vehicle identification codes, and making standard photos of motor vehicles;
(2) Responsible for examining the certificate and inputting information: examining the motor vehicle certificate and inputting motor vehicle information;
(3) Responsible for motor vehicle safety technical inspection and information inquiry: review the certificate of motor vehicle safety technical inspection, and be responsible for the inquiry and comparison of motor vehicle stolen and robbed information;
(4) Be responsible for marking and inspection records: mark the qualified inspection and sign the inspection records;
(5) Traffic accident insurance certificate: review the compulsory insurance certificate for motor vehicle traffic accident liability.
2. The responsibilities of the registered audit post are:
(1) Responsible for examining the identity certificate of motor vehicle owner and motor vehicle related materials: examining whether the motor vehicle owner's identity certificate, motor vehicle origin certificate, ownership transfer certificate or certificate, qualification certificate, use nature certificate issued by relevant authorities, motor vehicle traffic accident liability compulsory insurance certificate, motor vehicle inspection record form and other materials are complete and effective;
(2) Responsible for the registration information entry and registration certificate related work: registration information entry, issuance of acceptance certificate, determination of motor vehicle number, production of motor vehicle number plate, driving license, inspection mark, production or endorsement of motor vehicle registration certificate;
(3) Responsible for the work related to certificate withdrawal: review relevant materials, and issue a certificate withdrawal if it is not accepted.
Legal basis: Article 57 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License.
Motor vehicle drivers shall, within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driver's license, apply to the motor vehicle management office at or outside the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued. An application form shall be filled in when applying, and the following documents and vouchers shall be submitted:
(a) the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver;
(2) Motor vehicle driving license;
(3) A certificate of physical condition issued by a medical institution at or above the county level or at the regiment level. To apply for a small automatic passenger car for the disabled, a physical condition certificate issued by a specialized medical institution designated by the Provincial Health Department shall be submitted.
