Housing provident fund loan process:

1. The lender carries his personal ID card (if there is a spouse, the ID cards of both husband and wife) to the center window to handle the entrusted inquiry business of personal credit report, and at the same time, he receives the Notes on Housing Provident Fund Loan and Notes on Housing Provident Fund Withdrawal, waiting for the notice from the center.

2. After notification to the center, the borrower (husband and wife) will apply for provident fund loan at the center window, fill in the relevant loan form, determine the guarantee method, and submit the required loan information.

3. According to the preliminary examination opinions, the loan review team will review the borrower's loan application materials and put forward the review opinions for approval.

4. After the examination and approval, the center informs the borrower to go through the formalities of personal housing mortgage with the center certificate and loan contract to the guarantee company and the Housing Authority.

5. The housing provident fund management center collates and approves the above loan information, and if it meets the requirements and the procedures are complete, it will issue a letter of entrustment to the entrusted bank. After the entrusted bank examines the loan information, it informs the borrower to go through the transfer formalities at the entrusted bank, and at the same time, it receives the personal iou and loan contract.
