Qualification required for blasting vibration monitoring

Enterprises, personnel and equipment undertaking blasting vibration monitoring must meet the following requirements before they can be inspected (supervised) according to law. Relevant standards and regulations have the following requirements for enterprises, personnel and equipment:

Enterprise:

1. Blasting vibration inspection (monitoring) shall be conducted by a qualified third party.

2 inspection (supervision) and measurement units must hold the measurement certification certificate issued by the national quality and technical supervision department.

3. The approved testing scope shall include the relevant contents of blasting vibration monitoring;

Personnel:

1. The technical director shall hold the Permit for Blasting Operators and the Qualification Certificate for Blasting Vibration Testers;

2. The inspector (supervisor) shall hold the qualification certificate of blasting vibration tester;

3. If you are engaged in railway engineering vibration monitoring, you should also have a professional background in railway engineering.

Equipment:

1. The test system shall meet the requirements of national metrology regulations.

2. Inspection (supervision) instruments and equipment shall be verified, calibrated and inspected according to regulations.

3. Test instruments and equipment shall meet the requirements of vibration resistance, high (low) temperature resistance, moisture resistance and waterproof test environment.

4. The selection of inspection (monitoring) equipment should meet the accuracy requirements and realize automatic inspection and monitoring.
