Xi University, located in Xi, Shaanxi Province, is a provincial-level high-level university and a "first-class university in China" in Shaanxi Province. It is the first batch of master's authorized units approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee. Party Secretary Li Zhijun and president Zhu Jinhui.
