The transferred vehicles must meet the emission standards required by Beijing. Please log on to the website of Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau or call its telephone number 12369 to check whether the vehicle that the owner intends to transfer to Beijing meets the national and Beijing environmental protection standards. If there is, it can be transferred. At present, Beijing has begun to implement the Beijing V standard. Although the local second-hand car trade is not affected, foreign second-hand cars must meet the Beijing V standard if they want to move into Beijing.
2. Remember the steps.
1. If the car is not its own, the car to be transferred must first be transferred through second-hand sales in other places, and the invoice triplicate must have an invoice or special financial seal. I have to reissue the invoice because two of them are not stamped with this seal. One invoice is left in the foreign second-hand market, one is put into the vehicle file mentioned below, and one red invoice is taken to the Beijing inspection field.
2. Go to the foreign vehicle management office to get the vehicle files and get the vehicle files and vehicle registration certificate. Explain to the vehicle management office that the vehicle is going to move out, and the vehicle management office will sort out the relevant files of the vehicle. In some cities, the vehicle management office does not allow individuals to take files, but they can mail them to the address where express delivery or letters are received in Beijing, not to the Beijing vehicle management office to avoid losing them. The vehicle files are sealed and must not be opened without permission to avoid unnecessary trouble. The vehicle registration certificate is a record of the transfer of the vehicle to the new owner's name abroad. If the vehicle is your own, you don't need a vehicle registration certificate.
3. When the vehicle purchase tax is handled in the national tax, there is also a purchase tax file, which will move out with the transfer. The file is not open either.
4. The materials prepared are: the basic information table of vehicles leaving the factory, the payment certificate of local compulsory insurance, the motor vehicle registration certificate, the driving license, the original purchase tax blueprint and the above two files.
5. To transfer the purchase tax to Beijing, you need to prepare the sealed vehicle purchase tax file, the original and photocopy of the ID card, the printed bid-winning notice, the basic information form of the vehicle, and the red copy and photocopy of the second-hand transaction invoice. 6. Go to the inspection site to inspect the car. Test time: Monday to Friday from 8: 00 ~12: 0013: 00 ~17: 00. The materials prepared include vehicle registration certificate, vehicle file, purchase tax payment certificate, printed bid-winning notice, original and photocopy of ID card, original and photocopy of invoice, application form for motor vehicle registration, transfer registration/transfer (downloaded from the website of Traffic Management Bureau), payment certificate of local traffic insurance, and motor vehicle inspection record form (given on the spot after vehicle inspection).
