If an individual handles a debit card on behalf of others, the agent must fill in the true and reasonable "reasons for handling the card" in the application form, and issue the original valid identity documents of the agent and the principal and the legal power of attorney. In principle, the same agent can only open no more than three debit cards for more than one individual agent. If there are justified reasons, it is necessary to exceed the above-mentioned card opening limit, which must be verified and approved by the approving personnel or the resident business manager.
