Rebuild a Daqing

EOR(enhanced Oil Recovery) is a technology to improve oil recovery by improving the physical and chemical properties of reservoirs and reservoir fluids. Petroleum exploitation technology can be roughly divided into primary oil recovery, secondary oil recovery and tertiary oil recovery. The natural energy (i.e. pressure energy) in the reservoir is used for primary oil recovery; Secondary oil recovery is to use certain technology to restore reservoir pressure for oilfield development, and the common method is water injection. Since then, EOR technology belongs to tertiary oil recovery. At present, except the Middle East, all the major oil fields in the world's major oil-producing countries have entered the later stage of development. Second, the characteristic technology (1) gas drive technology gas drive technology is divided into two types: miscible gas drive and immiscible gas drive. According to the gas composition, it can be divided into natural gas drive, CO2 drive and N2 drive. , some of which can be used together. Since 1982, gas drive technology has made great progress. All countries focus on developing a certain field according to their own specific conditions. For example, because the United States is mainly a marine reservoir, the crude oil is light in density, miscible and rich in natural CO2 resources, so we focus on developing CO2 miscible flooding technology. In 2004, the oil production of gas drive in the United States was 3,654,380+790,000 barrels per day. Canada's reservoir conditions and crude oil properties are similar to those of the United States, but it lacks CO2 resources, but is rich in natural gas resources, so it focuses on developing hydrocarbon miscible flooding technology. Non-hydrocarbon gas drive technology is the focus of future development. CO2 single well huff and puff is an effective method to improve oil and gas recovery. The field application practice shows that this technology has obvious oil increasing effect and has good popularization and application value. CO2 dissolved gas expands the volume of crude oil, reduces the viscosity of crude oil, and has the ability of gas flooding and acid plugging removal. CO2 can extract and gasify light hydrocarbons in crude oil, and injecting CO2 can improve the mobility ratio of crude oil to water. Shengli Oilfield, Jiangsu Oilfield, etc. CO2 gas drive technology is used in low permeability reservoirs, and good results have been achieved. However, compared with foreign countries, there is still a big gap in gas drive technology in China. (2) Chemical flooding technology Chemical flooding is the earliest method used in water flooding oil fields, which is mainly divided into surfactant flooding, polymer flooding and alkaline water flooding. At present, chemical flooding tends to use polymer flooding or ASP (polymer+alkali+surfactant). Polymer flooding can improve oil recovery by about 10%, and ASP flooding can improve oil recovery by about 20%. Since the Seventh Five-Year Plan, polymer technology has gone through the pilot stage and industrial test stage, and finally developed into the stage of large-scale popularization and application. At present, China is in a leading position in technology and application scale. At present, China has carried out in-depth research and field promotion of ASP flooding, and has reached the international leading level in technical measures and scale. (3) Physical oil recovery technology Physical oil recovery technology includes many methods. The former Soviet Union first proposed artificial earthquake, high-energy gas fracturing and ultrasonic wave. The United States and Canada have adopted electromagnetic wave heating method for some heavy oils. Since 1980s, on the basis of learning from foreign experience, China has successively carried out research and field tests on various physical oil recovery methods, and some development technologies have begun to take shape. (4) Microbial oil recovery technology Microbial oil recovery is a production increase measure developed abroad in 1980s. At present, it has been tested in more than 0/00 oil fields around the world, but it has not been applied on a large scale. There are two ways of microbial oil recovery: one is to inject microbial oil recovery for single well huff and puff; The second is to directly inject microorganisms into water injection wells and displace oil layers with injected water. China has applied microbial oil recovery in Jilin, Dagang, Xinjiang, Daqing and other oilfields, and achieved good initial results. (5) Profile control technology in deep reservoir. This technology was first put forward by the United States and commercialized on a large scale. Since polymer water plugging was used in the early 1970s, the research on chemical water plugging and profile control technology has developed rapidly, and it has become the dominant technology to improve water flooding effect in high water cut oilfields. At present, there are many kinds of profile control agents and water plugging agents developed for different reservoirs, including polymer gels, particles, sediments, microorganisms, foams and so on. In addition to developing various plugging agents, foreign countries have also systematically studied the mechanism of water plugging and profile control, decision-making technology, cross-well tracing monitoring technology, construction design and injection technology, forming a relatively complete supporting technology for water plugging and profile control. In recent years, China has also done a lot of work and formed a series of technologies, each with its own characteristics in dispersed colloidal gel and solid particle gel, but there is still a gap in technology with foreign countries. Third, the future technical development direction of China The technologies that China needs to further develop include: new polymer flooding technology; ASP flooding technology; Microbial oil recovery technology, deep profile control technology of oil layer, etc.
