According to the relevant provisions of Article 24 of the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Real Estate Intermediary Services, any of the following acts shall be directly punished by the real estate management department of the people's government of the city or county:
(1) Those who set up real estate brokerage business without obtaining the qualification of real estate brokerage will be ordered to stop all the business of the real estate brokerage institution, and will also be fined 1 10,000 yuan but not more than 30,000 yuan.
(2) If a real estate agency violates the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Real Estate Intermediary Services, it shall withdraw its qualification certificate or cancel its announcement, and impose a fine of 6,543.38+0,000 yuan.
(three) in violation of Article 21 of the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Real Estate Intermediary Services, the qualification certificate shall be revoked or the qualification certificate shall be cancelled by announcement, and a fine of 10000 yuan to 30000 yuan shall be imposed.
(4) Those who engage in real estate intermediary activities beyond the scope of intermediary business shall be fined 1 000 to 30,000 yuan.
