When you are impatient, you may mistakenly think that he is ungrateful and treacherous, and you may be furious. He has no choice but to turn against you and humiliate everyone, and the problem will not be solved. Only when you have a powerful spiritual weapon of peace, tolerance and forgiveness and become a class teacher who is not easy to get hurt can you calmly face the problems of students with learning difficulties and solve them rationally.

1. Cultivate students into people who love life.
In my opinion, the ultimate goal of education is to educate students to love life, care about others, be brave in taking responsibility, and know how to change themselves through efforts to become useful and happy people in society. Loving life is the basis of loving learning. For students with learning difficulties, they have less sense of success in school, and should pay more attention to their sense of happiness and belonging in their personal life. When they have sunshine, warmth, love and responsibility in their hearts, other problems will be solved.
(1) I tried to wake up their sleeping hearts in the form of letters, ignite their ideological spark of loving life, and enrich their spiritual building with various inspirational stories. I always believe that no matter how the times change and the communication tools are developed, the charm of letters can't be replaced, so I write them at least one letter every period to exchange class management, lifestyle and learning methods with them. In my freshman year, I told them "Let others be happy because of their own existence" and "Ideas and actions can work miracles". In my sophomore year, I told them to "seize the opportunity and face the difficulties". When they were depressed, I told them to be confident with the story of a girl who was not favored by everyone who was admitted to Fudan through three months of hard work. Letters are more intimate, more rational, longer lasting and more lasting than oral preaching. He may not say anything on the surface for a while, but it is very likely that you planted a seed of truth, goodness and beauty inadvertently, and maybe it will thrive and bear fruit that day. Sports members, life members, entertainment members, publicity members and other jobs that do not require high performance are also served by students with learning difficulties as far as possible. On the one hand, let them have something to do, not entertain foolish ideas, concentrate on class affairs and study, realize the value of being a man, experience the fun of class life at work and cultivate a sense of accomplishment; On the other hand, it increases the chances of contact with teachers, which is convenient for teachers to supervise and reduce the probability of mistakes. After Chen Hang, Dante, Xu Tingting and other students in my class became cadres, their grades have undergone earth-shaking changes.
(3) It is much better to cultivate the emotion and quality of students with learning difficulties who love school life in the form of activities, and let them experience and educate themselves in activities. This kind of activity should be miniaturized, fully staffed and regular, so as to achieve remarkable results. In the second year of senior high school, the study pressure increased, and some students changed after the placement of arts and sciences. How to make students integrate as soon as possible? I initiated the "Happy Ten" small class meeting, and the students were organized by the life group leader. Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, each group will perform a program in the last 10 minute, and everyone in the group is required to participate. The content is healthy and novel, which accords with the characteristics of high school students. Led by the regimental headquarters, after a round of performances, the best group was judged. (4) Teach students with learning difficulties how to love life and gain respect. A considerable number of students with learning difficulties actually don't know how to get along with others, how to really respect others, and how to really love others, so they must be taught how to love.
A. give lectures and teach students how to love. I have talked about "how to get along with students of the opposite sex", "excellent standards for boys and girls" and "twelve tricks to treat people". Let students know what to do and what not to do, and they will not be at a loss when they encounter something.
B, urge them to practice on small things. For example, I love my parents, and I do something to make my parents happy when I go home from family leave, such as cleaning, cooking a meal my parents like, and so on. I will follow up the investigation and conduct appropriate communication and education.
C. use class songs to cultivate the temperament of students with learning difficulties who love life. Music is the spiritual food of human beings. When we are very happy, we can't help singing and dancing; When we were very depressed, suddenly a beautiful melody floated to our ears, and our troubles and unhappiness disappeared without a trace. It shows that music has the function of influencing, shaping and even saving people. Classroom singing is the best position to train students. Together with the students, I have developed some healthy and uplifting songs suitable for them to sing, such as Sailor, My Future is Not a Dream, Friends, China Folk Songs, Great China, One Mountain in Gong Yu, and Start All Over again, so that the students can enjoy beauty and love life more.
2. Cultivate students into confident people.
(1), change the evaluation criteria and methods. The traditional view of teaching evaluation is based on scores, and it is based on the level or equality of scores. On this scale, some "students with learning difficulties" will never reach the standard of excellent grades. This evaluation method is not conducive to the development of students with learning difficulties. My standard is "don't judge heroes by scores, judge heroes by progress", and let them compare with themselves, with today, with yesterday, and with classmates at the same level. The specific approach is: grading competition and equal rewards. Divide the whole class into three groups: A, B and C, that is, reward the top three students in each group and the students who have made the greatest progress in this group at a time, so as to avoid students with learning difficulties from participating in unhealthy competitions without suspense and having hopeless psychology; If the score rises steadily, you can enter the last group. This kind of equal treatment in performance appraisal and reward makes them feel inferior and inferior, makes them feel hopeful and stressed, and it is easier to stimulate their learning motivation and potential. In these exams, students with learning difficulties have made the greatest progress. Two students with learning difficulties who can be promoted to a higher level came to me privately, hoping to stay in the group of students with learning difficulties and say that they felt better.
(2) Tell some white lies to boost morale. For those students with learning difficulties who really work hard but can't make rapid progress because of their weak foundation, sometimes they retreat from that subject, so I will "encourage" him under the banner of "making something out of nothing", then point out his problems and communicate with the subject teacher in time. With the progress, great praise. I don't think it is necessary to be stingy with our praise for students with learning difficulties. His talent in learning is relatively much less.
(3) Praise students with learning difficulties in front of their parents. Parents and students with learning difficulties are grateful to tell their parents about their progress through parent-teacher conferences, telephone calls and text messages, and sometimes they get unexpected results.
(3) Parents: Give them laws and cooperate with education.
"Students with learning difficulties" have a bad personality and are backward in learning, which is largely related to family education. Striving for parents' cooperation, involving parents, paying more attention to children's thoughts and behaviors, and strengthening supervision will get twice the result with half the effort. However, many parents really don't know how to help their children, and there is often nothing they can do. In fact, parents are also very poor. Students with learning difficulties tortured us for only two or three years. For parents, it may be decades or a lifetime. So to some extent, we also shoulder the responsibility of helping our parents. I ask parents and students to study together, grow together and teach them some methods.
1. Point out parents' problems in education, and then teach them the rules according to different people. For parents with higher education level, recommend some books to them, such as "Being the Best Parent" by Li Zhenxi, so that they can think and learn by themselves.
2. Parents with low literacy can teach methods directly. Mainly to teach them how to treat their children's grades, how to communicate with their children, and how to manage their after-school life.
Please ask the parents of students with learning difficulties to write a letter to them as soon as possible. The function of short messages may be a period of time, a day or a few days, while the function of letters may be a week, a month, a year or even a lifetime, which is more important. What is more important is to arouse parents' thinking and real participation.
In short, the education and transformation of "students with learning difficulties" is a complex and arduous task. Many of our class teachers are skilled in their work and have formed their own style. For example, among our 10 young class teachers, Li Yuan, Jia and the teacher are both rigid and flexible, while the teacher Huang is both rigid and flexible, and the teacher hides the needle in the cotton.
