How much is the salary in mold designer?

I was a newcomer three years ago, trained for three months, and officially entered the mold design industry. My first salary was 5500, and now my salary is 8500. Now that I know something about the industry, I can probably say the following:

Generally speaking, mold designer, a newcomer, should be an assistant designer or design assistant. The sources are generally college graduates and training schools. Now the salary range is about 3000-4000, and the positions are generally auxiliary work such as drawing 2D drawings, ordering materials and modifying molds. It belongs to the level that the design cannot be completed independently and needs training, so this salary will be maintained at around 1 year.

General mold designer, about 3 years old, can really be called a designer. She can independently complete 2D and 3D design work, and can complete simple to moderately difficult mold design without major problems. In fact, the watershed of ability has begun here. Some fast-growing wages may reach 7000-8000, while others work hard at around 6000. Subsequent development will also begin to change to management positions.

Generally, some people in mold designer who have worked in management positions for more than 5-8 years have become design managers and supervisors. This requires both technical knowledge and coordination ability, and wages cannot be evaluated only by technology. Basically, the good range is 10000-20000. The other part will continue to learn the design ability and become a senior designer. The salary will be in the range of 8000- 1 10,000, with a certain upper limit.

This is the status quo of the mold design industry. I hope it helps you. The design industry is still developing very well.
