(6) Party A has the right to take measures to stop the uncivilized behavior of Party B's staff at work, and if adverse consequences are caused, Party B and the person directly responsible shall be investigated for responsibility;

The rights and obligations of party b with intransitive verbs
(1) According to the scope and work content entrusted by Party A, formulate various management measures, rules and regulations, implementation details and work standards, and independently carry out various business management activities without damaging the legitimate rights and interests of schools, teachers and students and obtaining improper benefits;
(two) shall not subcontract services;
(3) Provide Party A with the roster of employees stationed in the company and a copy of their ID cards;
(4) If Party A's property losses are caused by Party B, Party B shall be responsible for compensation;

Seven. responsibility for breach of contract
(a) due to irresistible factors (such as water supply and power failure), the relevant work and service quality can not meet the standard, and both parties shall negotiate in time to solve it;
(2) Either party shall compensate the other party for the economic losses caused by the premature termination of the contract without justifiable reasons;
(3) If Party A violates this contract and Party B fails to complete the specified work, Party B has the right to ask Party A to solve it within a certain period of time. If it is not resolved within the time limit, the relevant losses shall be borne by Party A;
(IV) Where Party B violates this contract, Party A has the right to require Party B to rectify within a time limit. If Party B fails to make rectification within the time limit, Party A has the right to terminate the contract, and the remaining management fee does not need to be paid, thus causing economic losses to Party A, and Party B shall make compensation.
Eight. supplementary terms
(1) Matters not covered shall be settled by both parties through consultation; If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court where Party A is located;
